EMBRACE Grants
Grant season in upon us. Catholic Schools in the Archdiocese in Kansas City in Kansas who wish to apply for a grant through EMBRACE will be submitting their applications this month. Since 2018, EMBRACE has awarded over $1.6 million dollars in grants to 26 of our Catholic schools across the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas. These funds have been utilized to hire resource personnel and purchase curriculum to support students with disabilities and learning differences in their Catholic schools. The need continues to grow, as our Catholic schools desire to open their doors to ALL students. EMBRACE is proud to partner with the Archdiocese to achieve this important mission.
EMBRACE Special Education Scholarships
Teachers in the Archdiocese are submitting their applications this month to receive a scholarship for their Masters in Special Education through Benedictine college. This incredible gift, equips our teachers with the skills and tools they need to teach all students. Since 2020, EMBRACE has awarded nearly $400,000 in scholarships to 46 teachers across 20 Catholic schools in the Archdiocese. Cohort 6 will begin their program of study in August of 2025.
